This Comparison study is yearly agenda in order to see and learn from various great school in Indonesia. By doing the comparison study , all components of school can make an improvement for a better progress in any aspects.
This Comparison study was done on the 30th of August 2024 until 2nd of November 2024. The first visitation was to SMP Islam Al Azhar 1 on Day 1. The first visitation to the center of AL Azhar amazed us since it was the first time we knew the mosque and how the system as well as the teachers work there.
Day 2, we went to SMP Islam Al Azhar 3 Bintaro. When we came, we were welcome as if we were the most important guests since they welcomed us if great traditional Banten culture ceremony or we call it in Bahasa as Palang Pintu, and performances from the students and teachers as well. At SMP Islam Al Azhar 3 Bintaro , we learnt a lot about tahfidz, apple students teachers, and how to conduct as well as to apply it on the teaching process.
The visitation of day 2 wasn’t finished yet. After going to SMP Islam Al Azhar 3 Bintaro, we went directtly to SMP Mutiara Harapan Islamic School. At this school, we learnt about the application of English environment, cambride, and how the rules were applied both to teachers and students so that discipline can be formed very well. The time we came there, we were welcomed well by the principal and the teachers. This school is using English as their daily conversation both in the class and out side of the class. This was a exciting moment for us to be able to see how far schools in Jakarta developed so that we can improve out school by taking what is good and can be applied at our school.
The most important things from these visitation is we have a good friend from different school, therefore we can discuss more about how to improve our educational system. It was unforgetable experience that we can learnt a lot in any apects.
